DEBBIE LAKE
SERVICE OFFICE MANAGER
419-798-4406 ext #: 16
dlake@lakesidemarine.com |
Debbie has been a member of the Lakeside Marine FAMILY for 22 years, (she claims
she started when she was 7 years old!). Her first assignment was to create
worksheets on the company's "personal computer" which at the time was "state of
the art" with two floppy drives! Deb then branched out assisting the Accounts
Receivable Dept.
After having her only child a daughter, Bailey 19 years ago, Debbie was asked to
join the Service Department where she has remained ever since. With no formal
service or customer service training at the time, Deb learned over the years
(with some bumps, bruises, and a lot of coaching) just how customers want to be
treated and how Lakeside Marine expects them to be treated. One of Debbie's
proudest moments with Lakeside was when she asked by the President of Cummins
Bridgeway to speak to his key management staff about her customer service
experience.
When you don't see Debbie in the Service Office, you'll probably find her riding
her Harley or in a Jazzercise class. |
