Joining the sales team in the summer of ’96, Chris was
hired to help the Brokerage Department grow as the Exclusive Listing Agent and
coordinator between the sales staff and all potential sellers. Including keeping
a large selection of quality used vessels for both the salesmen and our buyers.
With about one third of boats selling outside Ohio and Michigan, Chris will
broker a boat in almost any location and makes sure he is aboard every brokered
boat.
He enjoys boating with his family and friends in the
Western Basin of Lake Erie, and belongs to yacht clubs in Ohio and Michigan and
enjoys their activities. |

| Doug joined Lakeside
Marine in July 2006. Doug is an avid lifetime boater. Prior to
joining Lakeside, Doug spent 17 years in the insurance business, in both
sales and service. After helping out in a family business, Doug
decided to pursue his passion for the water and joined the sales team at
our Michigan Showroom. Doug is committed to ensuring his customers
satisfaction, both before and after they make their purchase. Doug
is an active Rotarian and a member of the Grosse Pointe Power Squadron.

| Cliff has been a Lakeside Marine team member for over 21 years. He started his
career in maintenance for the marina, so he's been inside, outside, underneath,
and on top of, all aspects of the business. In 1989 we offered Cliff a full-time
position in sales, and he's never looked back. He has delivered hundreds of new
and pre-owned boats to our satisfied customers, and to this day welcomes the
opportunity to meet, and share his knowledge of boating with our future
customers, and make their boating experience a great one! |

| Tom is our Yacht Division Sales Manager, and is the Maritimo
expert for Lakeside Marine Group. Tom has been a member of the Lakeside Marine
Group family since April of 2000. During that time Tom has worn many hats. He
started with Lakeside to oversee and complete Sea-Trials and Deliveries. His
knowledge of boats and boat handling skills were amongst the attributes that
made people aware that Tom was an expert and a good teacher. After retaining his
license Tom has been involved with deliveries of many boats throughout all the
Great Lakes as well as up and down the east coast of the US stretching all the
way to the Florida Keys. |

Kathy became a sales professional with Lakeside Marine in 1995,
following a 21 year career in retail management. She and her husband enjoy many
outdoor activities, with boating topping her list. She noted “We often take our
bikes on the boat and bicycle wherever we end up. It is a wonderful way to visit
great harbors and see new areas.”

experience at age four and since then has boated extensively in all five
of the Great Lakes and many of the surrounding waters. Prior to joining
the Lakeside team in 2003, he had a successful career in automotive parts
and accessories marketing and manufacturing. John is a graduate of

| Mike has lived and boated in the Lake Erie Islands area for nearly all 50 years
of his life. As avid boaters, Mike's parents spent the family free time on the
water. Mike grew up with fond memories of attending church on Put-in-Bay, Ohio
and running across the sand of Metro Beach in Michigan. Mike has been a member
of the Port Clinton Yacht Club since 1994, a home to several of the boats he has
owned over the years, including three Tiaras. Since joining the Lakeside
Marine team in 1997, Mike has attended 11 Tiara Master's University training
courses and six Pursuit University courses. Mike's experience and lifelong love
of boating enable him to understand the motivations in his customer's desire for
quality, comfortable enjoyment on the water and timely customer service.
Mike loves to spend time enjoying the boating lifestyle with his customers in
the Lake Erie islands or various Great Lakes ports of call. Whether

Kevin joined the Lakeside Team in 2005. Prior to becoming a member of the
Lakeside Sales Team he was in Sales Management with a Custom Engineered
Fabrication company providing high technology solutions for a variety of
high–end industries.
Kevin is certified on Tiara Yachts and Pursuit Boats which allows him to convey
the value of these fine vessels to the customer. Lakeside Marine is known as
the “Pleasure Boat People” where Kevin’s experience and knowledge is first
hand. This makes purchasing a boat, whether it is new or pre-owned, from Kevin
a great and satisfying experience.
Kevin is a native of Northwestern Ohio and the
Western Basin of Lake Erie. He started boating at an early age and loves
spending time with his wife on their Pursuit. They have three grown and
successful children. His passion away from boating in the fall is being an Ohio
High School Football Referee. He and his wife, a first grade teacher, reside in
Oak Harbor, Ohio. |

Tom Vickers has been a loyal employee of Lakeside Marine since 1976. As a young
man, he started his internship as a mechanic in the service department where he
worked for ten years. After developing skill and knowledge about water crafts
and boating, in the mid 1980's, Tom joined the sales group, where he developed a
career and built great relationships. After 20 years of helping clients to enjoy
recreational boating, many have shared boating trip stories with Tom and his
family. Keep them coming!
Tom has taken many opportunities to achieve certification in knowledge and
training of the fine detail and craftsmanship of marine products.
Growing up in Lakeside-Marblehead since he was three has been a big influence on
his career path. Today Tom and his wife own a Tiara and spend as much time as
they can with their 4 children and grandchildren on beautiful, sunny, Lake Erie
during day trips. When there is an opportunity for an overnight trip, they enjoy
the Lake Erie Islands or traveling to Canada. |
