impressed that I am with the friendly,
professional, adequate way the I was treated
by your very competent staff a few weeks ago
when I purchased a 1986 Sea Ray from you
folks.
This was the fifth boat that I have purchased
and I have NEVER been treated so well. I know
that my purchase was "small potatoes" compared
to the amount of money that many of your
customers spend on a boat.
I feel I was treated as though I had spent
thousands of dollars more.
Kevin is a true professional. He treated us
with the most perfect attention that anyone
could ask for. What a great guy.
Kathy and Kari are equally qualified. They
were a joy to work with.
Gil our Captain was very good at explaining
every function of the boat.
I would not hesitate to recommend you folks to
anyone. I know that if I ever buy another boat
I will look forward to working with Lakeside
Marine.

Thank you so much for providing the training
at DYC this past weekend. I had a wonderful
experience and learned more than I expected
to, in a 2 hour course. Kurt was extremely
professional and patient. I have continued to
practice the line toss and knot tying, and am
anxious to try driving our new boat. All of
the other participants that I spoke with felt

Our sincere thanks for the outstanding service,
representation, and assistance that you, Keith, and all of
the great people of Lakeside Marine provided Toni and I in
both the sale of our Tiara 3500 Express, and the purchase of
our Pursuit 2350.
Considering the condition of our economy and fuel prices, I
still cannot believe that these transactions came together
as timely and as nicely as they did.
Toni and I are having a great season and just love the
Pursuit. It is a high quality, fun, and speedy boat that
handles wonderfully, But, Toni has reminded me that it is
not as stable as the 35 Express!
You and the Lakeside Marine Group have handled our boating
needs over the past 10 years and we have just concluded our
fourth transaction. I am happy to report that the advice,

My wife Ann and I recently purchased a 2004 Formula 400 SS
from Lakeside Marine. This is the seventh boat I have owned
over the past 34 years. Kevin Rodenhauser worked for over a
year with us finding us the right boat that matched our
boating needs. Kevin is the most professional of any boat
sales person I have dealt with in a lifetime of boating.
Working with Kevin leading the staff at Lakeside Marine made
purchasing this boat the most pleasurable experience of all
boats we have purchased. When we were not available on a
Saturday, Kevin came in on Sunday to show us the boat. Kevin
truly understands the boat buying process and has the
personal skills to carry it out. Everything was done on time
as promised in a truly professional manner. The Service
Manager Mike needs to be mentioned for his contribution as
well. As long as Lakeside Marine continues to have boats we
are interested in, we will continue to purchase them from
Kevin and Lakeside Marine.

It has been seven months since I purchased the 06 Tiara 32
Open. I have had a number of things done over this period
and so I have waited to reply to your quality survey. I can
say without reservation that this has been my most
satisfying purchase ever. From the initial contact with Mike
Mulligan to the transportation to Manistee Mi. The quality
of service and personal attention has been the very best.
All service work was done properly and on time. The in water
run through was very complete and I was given all the time I
required to have my questions answered and all systems
completely demoed. I only wish that I could have retained
all the info. In May when we launched the boat, your staff
was on time and completed the delivery and launching without
a hitch including helping me get info on the electronics
operation. Later that week your staff spent all the required
time on the phone to help me iron out some system operations
that I had forgotten how to do. Everyone without exception
was always courteous, concerned and helpful. What a great
organization! ! !!

Finally got my business off the ground and wanted to let you
know that the Tiara 31 we purchased is really the perfect
rig for us. I fished the last couple of weekends and got the
feel for the boat and you were correct in your advice that
we would never be disappointed with the quality of a Tiara.
I have sold 4 corporate sponsorships already and know that
the customers will appreciate the Tiara comfort.
I hope some day in the near future to run another charter
boat along with this one and for sure it will be a Tiara.

My 3500 Open arrived in very good condition and I am very
pleased with the boat and with the transaction as a whole.
Everything went very smoothly and has been a positive
experience. I want to thank the personnel of Lakeside
Marine for keeping me informed about the details of the
closing, service work and transportation elements as they
developed, and I want to thank you personally for the
extra effort you invested to make this long distance
transaction happen. I will be back to Lakeside Marine in
two to three years for my next boat.

My husband, Dave, and I have just purchased a 2000, 3500
Tiara Express from Lakeside Marine. Our personally
exciting experience was made even more pleasant due to the
highly professional, customer-friendly staff at Lakeside.
Our search for a Tiara began over a year ago with an
initial contact with Sales Representative, Dan Larcey. A
visit to the showroom in Port Clinton and very instructive
meeting with Dan introduced us to your full line of Tiara
yachts. We were impressed with the inventory and were able
to narrow our focus to a Tiara 3500 Express. This past
year has been spent looking for the "perfect" boat for us.
Our search has taken us from Pennsylvania to Maryland,
Virginia, South Carolina, and Florida. Dan maintained
contact with us during that time. One Tiara stuck in our
minds and became the comparison for all the others we saw.
When that boat found its way back to Lakeside as a
trade-in on a larger Tiara for another satisfied, repeat
Lakeside customer, our conversations were renewed in
earnest with Dan. Subsequent visits to Port Clinton
culminated in our purchasing that boat.
During all our conversations and personal visits with
Lakeside, Dave and I have been continually impressed with
the quality and integrity of the staff It has been so
refreshing to work with competent people who can handle
every phase of the process of buying a boat.
